The view is stunning! The apartment and the hallway look pretty fresh. The host was always online and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations.

We were not really happy with the check-in as no one was there to meet us, the host only texted about how to enter the apartment. None speaks English even though it’s one of the four languages mentioned in the description. The kitchen is hardly equipped. Something like corkscrew you have to ask. In general, the apartment was a bit “empty”. The soap, shampoo, and toilet paper (only 1 roll) were missing. Also, there is mold in the shower and the moldy smell because of air sanctioner absence. The pictures of the apartment might be misleading as we expected to have a sea view (it also marked ✔️ in the description but it was a mountain/house view). We stayed here in September and in our studio, the bed is on the top layer, so it was really hot during the night, the air conditioner simply cannot reach that height.

No car parking at all, only public space in the street( very narrow and hardly to find one available). It is located on the 4th floor, very narrow stairs case, building not in a good condition, apartment very noisy, no toilet paper provided at all (the owner blamed the cleaning lady), no shower gel at all(when we asked for, the owner provided hand washing liquid), the mattress very dirty. Very far from the town, the nearest gas station to buy coffee was at 2 kms away. Inside the apartment only a small coffee boiling pot, no coffee machine. Inside the room, many small ants. Value for money 0, the place worth less than 20 euros

I loved the absolutely breathtaking view from the communal terrace, I loved having our own kitchen and studio. Also, private bathrooms! Communication with the host is very responsive, quick and helpful. It is one of those smart bnb's where they integrate some digitization to the experience. So, there are cameras in the public communal areas with a dedicated host that is on WhatsApp to solve guests problems very quickly and to make their lives easier by resolving their specific problems and questions. There is easy access to the main road which leads to the other cities on the coast which is great if you are renting a scooter to get around like we did. If you are not renting a scooter or vehicle it is a 20-25 minute walk to the local train station

There was a moldy smell in our bathroom, but it didn't really matter as we were there for a few days and spent most our entire time outside the apartment. And I'm sure they are solving the issue. The view and everything else makes it very well worth it!

The location and the roof terrace are exceptional, furthermore easier to find parking near the property. Antonio (the host) truly collaborative and supportive for any need. Recommended location for a relaxing holiday.

Nothing to say about my time, general comment difficult to reach the apartment if a person has mobility problems (many stairs).

Antonio was helpful and helped with any questions I had and gave some suggestions. The apartment was fine. Nice views from the shared terrace.

In general the flat was not very clean. Missing some amenities. The views you see on the pictures might be misleading. The one I booked had a nice view through the window of the volcano however my room overlooked a courtyard and some roofs. Taking that into account I would not pay this amount for a room with no view especially for a solo traveller. Its around 20-30mins to get to the city center.
