The property is 20 min walk to the city centre, available parking in front of the property on the street. The small yard/garden at the front was a great plus. Really friendly and helpful host, giving clear instructions all the time. Thank you! 😊

The kitchenette needs to be improved to look clean and in order. The towels need to be renewed and all to be one colour. All the rest was great.

Smooth and easy check-in. Michele is a great host, easy to get along with and available whenever you need anything. The location is 15-20 min walking distance to Sassi di Matera. Moreover, the parking spot is just on front of the entrance gate to the apartment! Also, the Coop supermarket with a great range of products is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation.

Lovely place, everything was perfect

It was very clean and comfortable. The apartment has one room with a large double bed and an additional pull-out bed. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom was wide enough for two adults with two children. The bathroom was new and very comfortable. Matera's old town is a 20-minute walk away. There is a free parking space in front of the apartment entrance.

Great apartment with outdoor table, which is secluded from the street and neighbours. Lovely interior with comfortable bed and new and clean bathroom. We would totally love to come back again.

Location is perfect, you have parking place in front of the apartment. Easy access to the city centre. Nice and clean,you have everything you need for pleasent stay, also,host is very kind, open for every question and information.
