A good spot for spending a couple days in Genova...it would probably be a bit small for longer stays. The harbor is good to look at and not as busy as you might expect. Location is perfect for the Maritime Museum and the Aquarium. For access to the city center and museums, it's more challenging so you may want to choose your route ahead of time (there are some harbor-type neighborhoods in between that may seem dodgy but turned out to be part of the Genovese charm). The apartment is a little tired (in particular the shower) but all was clean and operable.

Das Gute war die Lage. Alles andere war mangelhaft.

Ich hatte nur 2 Nächte gebucht. Dafür nie mehr wieder! Am Morgen meiner Ankunft habe ich die Vermieterin ( spricht gutes Deutsch ) telefonisch informiert, dass mein Flug Verspätung hat. Somit wurde ein Treffen um ca. 19.00 Uhr vereinbart, den sie nicht eingehalten hat. Telefonisch war sie auch nicht erreichbar!! So stand ich mit meinem Gepäck ( anschliessende Kreuzfahrt ) in der nächtlichen Kälte bis ca. 21.00 Uhr. Bis dahin viele Versuche sie telefonisch sie zu erreichen. Erst gegen 21.00 Uhr kam eine Verbindung zustande. Sie meinte, sie hätte mich vergessen!!! Einen verwirrten Eindruck machte sie auf mich allerdings nicht! Fragte, ob ich das Appartement überhaupt noch wollte. Wie dreist ist das denn? So entstand mir der Eindruck, dass diese Wohnung evtl. länger hätte vermieten werden können. Bei der Besichtigung staunte ich nicht schlecht. Die Holzböden gewölbt, stark abgenutzt, staubig / schmutzig, das Bett mit einem beschmutzten Laken bezogen, ohne Bettwäsche. Dann kam doch noch saubere Wäsche aufs Bett. Das Schiebeelement zum Balkon im Wohnzimmer ließ sich NICHT abschließen. Sie meinte, auf der 1. Etage kommen keine Einbrecher. Die Küche unsauber, selbst der Heiswasserkocher war total verkalkt und fettig verschmiert, Kühlschrank dick vereist, und aus der alten Dusche kam etwas warmes Wasser, der Duschkopf war stark verkalkt, die alte Duschabtrennung war teilweise nicht mehr in der Schienenführung - also auch defekt! Handtücher sauber und neu, dafür scheinbar ungewaschen, also noch imprägniert, machte ein abtrocknen schwierig. Die Wohnugstüre war der Hit!!! Der Griff stand von innen Senkrecht. Die Vermieterin meinte, dass sie den Griff wohl falsch montiert habe. Mir ist nicht nachvollziehbar, wie eine solche Wohnung bei Booking.com mit " Hervorragend " bewertet wird. Das ist irreführend, denn das einzig Hervorragende ist der Ausblick auf die Yachten, und das sollte auch so benannt werden. Ich bitte um Stellungnahme!

Pani Anna jest wspaniałą kobietą, bardzo zatroskaną o swoich gości i pomocną. Zadbała o to, aby w mieszkaniu było wszystko, o czym można sobie pomyśleć 😍.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy, wszystko było świetne!

splendid venue - great location easy access to the old town. all necessary features available in and around the venue.

Parking is very expensive. The hosts, a very kind lady, met us to hand over the keys. She however entered the apartment at a certain point (the third day or so) thinking we were not there. I think that's not done (she did apologise extensively for that).

some things to be renewed in the appartment: shower door, sofa. rather noisy at night even with closed windows (you can hear all rumors of the neighbours)
