Host was very professional and she met at the location at the time indicated.

Good contact with the owners. We were given lots of information about attractions worth seeing and discounts to local restaurants. Beautiful and spacious flat, stocked with everything tenants could possibly need. This is the place for people who like to have everywhere close: beach, ice cream, supermarket, good restaurants, park, stadium.

This stay was a nightmare of 3 days that made me realize that when things get ugly, booking.com clients are not us, but the hosts, lesson learned and I will not use booking.com again. When we arrived there was no parking available despite the fact that we requested parking in advance, he told us that this is an additional service that was not available and that we could leave immediately and that he would call booking.com to cancel the reservation and that there would be no charge to me. So we went to a nearby hotel (using booking.com) and a while later the host called me saying that the owner did not accept that and that if we did not return to use the apartment they would charge us for the entire stay, I called booking.com and they fully supported the host, so we decided to go back and lose a hotel night instead of 3 nights in the apartment. The next problem, they closed the doors of all the other bedrooms except one, we rented the entire apartment because we planned to take our children who could not go, and as they saw that only two people arrived, the host locked the other bedrooms leaving us only one bedroom open. the worst, it only has an air conditioner in the bedroom, not in the living room or the rest of the apartment. Other bad things are that the included breakfast is some supermarket pastries left on the kitchen table, the host writes down the reading of the electricity meter and said that there is an extra charge if we exceed the allowed consumption of electricity. The host gave us a receipt for 278 euros, much less than the 392 euros that I paid to booking.com, when I asked the host why that difference is, he told me that the rest is the booking.com commission, probably that it is the reason why booking.com could not help me in the 3 or 4 times that I called them asking for help with this nightmare stay :(
