Case D'a Mare Mondello

Roberta the host was a pleasure. She made sure we knew everything about the unit. Location is great. Right next to the beach & the square. Very unique design. Beds were comfortable. Air condition was good. There is plenty of room for three guests.

You can't flush anything down the toilet. No railings inside on the steps so I wouldn't recommend this unit for small children or heavy drinkers. lol Parking was limited, but the host gave us a parking permit for the street and luckily we found a spot.

On the doorstep of Mondello. Property is a full functioning apartment, met with Roberta to check in who was so lovely despite the language barrier we faced. No street parking but was given info for a paid parking lot nearby which was great

Stayed during a heatwave (July), air conditioning worked well and property is well shaded however Mondello/Palermo shuts off electricity to save energy during heatwaves so was without working aircon and lights for a few hours in the evenings

good location , only short walk to the bus stop which goes to Palermo, next to beach , few restaurant options in vicinity, quiet, outside space. Comfortbale beds and clean sheets.

Apartment we stayed in, had second bedroom downstairs in the back, window was to high to be opened. Very claustrophobic and not a lot of fresh air. There was a smell from the bathroom as this is a conversion so expected but in combination with lack of ventilation in that part of the apartment.. not ideal.

The object and the owner deserve the highest rating. Amazing location, beautiful apartment - two levels and a wonderful patio. The apartment is very functional, optimally equipped. A place where you want to come back. I highly recommend!

Great modern design. The property has all what you need for a short term stay. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked quite functional, although small. The staff and the owners were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

the apartments are located on the ground floor/lower level of row townhouses. hence there’s not much ventilation and humidity after the shower gets trapped inside the apartment. We kept the front door open and that helped. Also, from the bedroom in the upper floor you can hear what is happening in the living area/kitchen since the upper part of the apartment is open to below. if you are a light sleeper and would like to sleep in, that might be a problem.

Nice and modern apartment with a cozy terrace. Bigger than expected, and we were given prosecco at our arrival. Very nice and welcoming staff!

The shower flooded our apartment, and you cant flush toiletpaper down the toilet. There were a lot of weird noises outside the apartment at all hours.
