Newly renovated apartment with everything you need for stay. Very nice location, maybe little bit noisy in evenings.

Flooring wants a good clean. Iron would be very handy for travellers. Air conditioning not working properly.

Excellent location! Clean and spacious apartment right in the center of everything. Free parking right outside on the piazza parking. I mention some negatives but the general impression was very positive

No toilet paper available🙄. Also there was no soap in the dispensers for the basin/bathroom. The sofa bed is big but very uncomfortable. The kids used it so it was ok due to their weight, but for grown-ups is unsuitable. Also, the air-conditioning was not working properly. It did not cool the rooms as expected, which was a bit unpleasant because of the really hot weather during our stay.

Great location, beautiful scenery & some lovely cafe’s & restaurants on the doorstep.

The location was great - right in the town of Peschiera del Garda. We could see the Piazza Ferdinando di Savoia from the hall windows, and a small part of the Voltoni Bridge. The bedroom window looks directly into the piazza. Apartment is spacious and very clean. Living room and kitchen is airy and well ventilated with plenty of windows. The bedroom was comfortable, towels are freshly laundered and the bed is clean and firm. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. Appreciate the various bins they have for recycling. They were not clear where the bins were - half of them were under the sink whereas the other half were in the misc cupboard near the bathroom. Bathroom is spacious and very clean. Modern fixings and bright. We appreciate the free parking from the host. The car is in right in front of the large parking lot next to the piazza. It is not fixed and open air, but it is better than paid parking.

Not the fault of the hosts - the location of the apartment is directly above the restaurant (Raffilu) - therefore expect fried cooking smells during certain times of the day. Also expect a lot of cigarette smoke from smokers below at random too. It is a shame because the windows led in a lot of light and air into the apartment. When it rains it is a challenge to get to the car without getting wet if you have luggage bags.

Place is very nice and in the center of the town. In a very nice place. Close to the train station. Recommend it
