It was great to have 2 bathrooms and the free parking near the entrance was nice.

It was a 4 floor walk-up, so a challenge with big suitcases late at night. The queen bedroom was open to the kitchen for at least a foot at the top of the wall, which was very weird. The walls are thin so you hear everything in the bedrooms. There was no electric or stovetop kettle so I used a pan.

Location was very good, the apartment is in a silent location, huge terrace overlooking the city.

The apartment definitely needs refurbishment and a deep cleaning. The walls in the bathroom had mold. Kitchen and all appliance were not cleaned properly, everything what we used in the kitchen I had to wash myself. Essential things were missing from the kitchen: matches to turn on the stove (the burner was broken), so we could not use it until we didn't buy some. Also the sponge for the dishes was old and dirty. Broken cups. They seem trivial things,but when someone travels for hours and finally reaches the flat, they expect to find everything in order.

The apartment is well located, just 15min walking to Prato del Valle, where you can get easily the tram to the train station. Quiet neighborhood that you walk safe during the night. Supermarket just 7min walking. Keep in mind if you are going over the summer the apartment might be warm as it’s on the last floor (which is normal).

It is a great place, a lot of space for 4 people, very good location, Padova center is about 15-20 mins walking. Good to have a parking place In front of the house. The flat is very well equipped with a big balcony and a great view. Air conditioning is available, too. Very nice host, although we did not meet in person, Elena was very responsive. Absolutely recommended.

Maybe one thing - a microwave would be nice to have in the kitchen.

Smells of insecticide, some cockroaches 🪳 in the building but in the apartment too, kitchen extractor dirty and sticky.

Me and my family were very satisfied. The flat was in top shape with a lot of spaces to hold our luggage, with a nice balcony and good internet. We weren't missing anyting really. You can reach Prato Della Valle with a light walk from here.

I can't say anything bad. We were surprised that there was no microwave oven, but we didn't miss it at all.
