Great location and the apartment has everything that is needed. The host is very helpful and friendly.

Host was nice, apartment is literally 2 steps from the city center

The apartment was really overpriced. Even for the location, and the high season. Apartment is for 2 people as it would lack privacy for more and the sofa is really uncomfortable, a mattress tossed on the ground would probably be 10 times better. The bed was not very comfortable as well, but we got used to it so it is fine I guess. Yeah the apartment is really noisy during the night as you can hear absolutely everything what is going on outside so it takes around 2 nights to get used to it (even if you are heavy sleeper as I am). The host was nice but it felt like he was trying not to show that there are cockroaches in the apartment. We found some dead big ones and some alive smaller ones (kitchen, living room, bathroom) and we contacted the host. He replyed that well yeah there are cockroaches and we can find a spray for them in a cabin in the dark room. In this case I would expect at least some small thing from the host or at least a small compensation but nothing was done. I am also truly amazed how there are no reviews about cockroaches as there were many. The last thing is the price which was really high for such an apartment even in Olbia in August (later stayed in at least 3 times bigger apartment, which was newly renovated for 2/3 price of this one and it was also in the city center).

This apartment is a stone's throw away from everything. It is perfect for a couple to stay in. Everything you need is right there. The host is really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Seeing as how this place is in the middle of town, it was a bit loud. There were noises from the street and the apartment above. The sheets were a bit rough in my opinion.

Very central location, in easy reach of local sites, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Close to train and main bus lines. Host was very welcoming

Apartment opened onto street so could be a little noisy at night.

The apartment was so nice, it has a lot of details and full equipment. Another advantage is that it is on the middle of the city center.
