Airport Casa Sofia 500mt from the beach

The apartment was clean and walking distance to the sea.

There's only one AC unit, which is located in one of the bedrooms, and it's wired in such a way that it shuts off every 3 hours. The rest of the house has no AC. Although it's advertised as close to the airport, it's still a €40 taxi to the airport. Something to consider when choosing the location.

We have just returned from a magical vacation at your hotel and simply cannot help but share our impressions! The apartment was spacious, bright, and incredibly cozy! Its proximity to the sea and Rome made it truly unique! By the way, the sea had an unusual rocky barrier, so the big waves didn’t stop us from swimming every day. Having a separate bedroom for us, the adults, and a spacious living area where the kids could play and relax was pure luxury. We didn’t have to squeeze in or disturb each other. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare breakfasts or light dinners for the children when needed (which is so important when traveling with kids). The apartment itself had a cozy atmosphere of peace and independence—exactly what families with children need. We didn’t just feel like guests but like residents of a genuine Italian space, where we could fully enjoy Italy! We will definitely return the next time we visit Italy!

Wonderful, spacious apartment in close proximity to FCO Rome Airport. There is also a nice garden where you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch under beautiful Italian sun. We would stay here again if we travel there.

The property is wonderful, It is exceptionally clean, comfortable and homely. Inside it is spacious and includes all you would expect, including 2 spacious rooms, equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Bedding and towels clean and scented just like you would have at home. The property is on the ground floor so it has access to a little outside space with table and chairs which is perfect. It is also very close to both Fiumicino airport, the sea and Ostia beach front. There are a number of restaurants which specialise in Roman fresh fish dishes. The hosts were in contact way before and throughout the visit and extremely helpful with providing information for the connection from Rome, recommendations, tips and taxi contacts. All in all a great experience even if for a very short stay, will definitely return! and definitely recommend for families with children.

this place was immaculate and so convenient to walk to beach not far from airport! The owners were amazing and very  informative about the surrounding area we were staying in! Super friendly and i highly recommend this beautiful place! plenty of room for our family of four . We are definitely coming back
