Appartamento Maniace

Great location with amazing water views from the balcony. The host was very welcoming and provided a bottle of Prosecco. The kitchen was homely and well appointed.

One of the bedrooms did not have an external window and had very low ceiling beams and doorway which we had to keep dodging. The washing machine was problematic as there were no English instructions provided.

Terrace, location

The location and atmosphere of the area was fabulous. Close to many nice restaurants and a nice small beach which was great to swim in, and have a 'Montelbano swimming moment'. Within walking distance of the main square and attractions on Ortigia. Weather was also perfect in October. Terrace was great with a nice view of the sea. Very helpful host, but used phone to help translate between English and Italian - which worked really well.

Positive factors far outweigh any minor problems so not worth dwelling on.

Fantastic location with a lovely view. Apartment had everything you needed .

No windows to the ocean - only access to balcony through bedroom.

Wonderful location and view

Stunning views from terrace with large rooms and 2 bathrooms. Owner left us with more than enough water etc and Prosecco. Perfect location
