The balcony was lovely however, it was windy when we stayed so couldn’t use it as much. Loved two bathrooms

The low ceilings and the living area couch is terrible.

"Perfect location, beautiful apartment."

The location could not have been better. We had the most amazing views of the sunsets from our balcony. So close to everything Ortigia had to offer. Apartment was really lovely and the beds were super comfy.

"Schönstes Balkonkino auf Meer und Promenade"

Der Balkon ist wirklich ein Kino über Meer und Promenade..plus Sonnenuntergang Mitten in der Stadt Sehr gute Ausstattung wie Milchschäumer Sonnenschirm..auch für Strand..Toaster (bisserl defekt)..zweite Dusche im unteren Zimmer bot viel Platz Wlan gut und Sauberkeit auch Aber bitte mal neue Laken..manches geht beim Waschen leider nicht raus (nur Tip, für mich waren sie gefühlt in einer Waschmaschine)

Wohnung hätte viel mehr Potential ..Sofa war kaputt und alt, Terasse sah auf Bildern vom Design viel schöner aus (jetzt Plastikstühle..,alter Tisch.. Lokal direkt unter Unterkunft..für Ruhesuchende bestimmt schwierig..aber auch interessant Besonders schade fand ich aber die schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Es wurde am Telefon einfach aufgelegt, wir hätten mittags Hilfe bei der Suche des Hauses benötigt.. Als wir es nach Parkplatzsuche (sehr schwer.. ZTL) endlich fanden gab es einen Code für den Schlüsselkasten statt Begrüßung Letztendlich glaube ich aber dass Vermieter freundlich sein kann und das es einfach Missverständnisse gab und ich empfehle ihm ein ganz bisschen englisch und mir ein bisschen italienisch 🌝schon wegen Lage und Balkon eine tolle Unterkunft..Vielen Dank

Top Lage. Man kann wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge sehen.

Das eine Zimmer hat kein Fenster und ein integriertes, offenes Badezimmer. Das ist nicht ganz mein Fall.
