Location was great easy walk from the Marina Piccolo bus stop. The place was quiet and clean. Easy walk to the beach, easy access to taxi's and buses.

The matrices were pretty hard. There are some minor repairs that could have been done. There were no essentials like soap and shampoo. The "view" in the pictures were more about the second floor than the first floor that we rented so buyer beware.

Great location, close to the beach, bus and Taxi stop. Staff very helpful and gave us some laundry liquid as we struggled to find a shop/supermarket close by.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioning leaked a large puddle of water on to the terrace which spoilt the area to relax on and to play on for the children, as the water was stagnant it created a smell. There was also an issue with damp on the bedroom wall next to the stairs, and the wall/paint would crumble off on to the stairs/floor creating a terrible mess. The last thing is a suggestion… As the supermarkets are not easy to get to for self catering, it would be nice to offer a few sachets of laundry liquid/powder for the washing machine and some instructions for use 😊

Very nice view, the location is amazing very close to the beach and also just beside the bus stand that takes you to capri center in less than 10 mins. It's a shame the property is so badly managed that it overcomes any positives from the location

Horrible experience. I have never had such a bad experience (my first bad review) in my decade of traveling. First, the host is not present, the assigned manager doesn't respond. it took 2.5 days out of our 4 days of stay to get fresh towels Secondly, the apartment condition is just filthy, 1. The apartment interior is damp / smelly with mold on the walls, 2. The bedding are low quality and extremely dirty. see pillow picture 3. The toilets flush works occasionally, when it does the water falls from the ceiling-mounted water reservoir 4. The shower place floods, as the drain is blocked Thirdly, the wifi only works occasionally and at a speed that is completely unusable Forthly, it's simply impossible to sleep there 1. the dirty environment is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are a general problem in the island, we stayed in multiple places, but the mosquito infestation in la cuchina makes you simply miserable. 2. The property shares a wall with the bus stand and trash disposal area of marina piccola, There is literally a lorry dump of glasses crashing from 1am -5am every hour Lastly, out of nowhere, a painter came in our residence without any permission or notification to do some reparation work. The owner didn't even mention that the property was being renovated
