the apt was perfectly perfect! so cozy, romantic and very comfortable.

when the weather is rainy and cold, unfortunately you can't go very easily to Bellagio centre. in the sunny days you just walk for 25-30 minutes and you're there.

It was very different and a bit quirky, due to being in a very old building, but beautifully decorated and finished throughout.

Quite dark inside, but again, this is the nature of the building. It's not a real issue.

Rosy was my favorite part! I arrived late and she made sure to make me a reservation at the restaurant as soon as I arrived! Right next to the San Giovanni secret beach and about 30 minute walk to all the best restaurants and bellagio pier

Extra blankets smelled like dingy basement clothes

Aunque habia checking autonomo Rosy nos recibio y explico un poco todo. Nos unas capsulas de cafe, unas galletitas. San Giovanni no tiene mucho, pero lo suficiente, para estar comoda y conectada. Hasta su propio embarcadero. Hay un parking gratuito sin limite de tiempo (agosto 2025? Que esta muy cerquita de la casa y muy.comodo en un jardin precioso. Tuvimos una estanvia fantastica!!

Per gli amanti della tranquillità e del bene stare, per chi non vuole il turismo di massa e le solite false disintossicazioni da metropoli: qui, nella casa e nel piccolo borgo di San Giovanni, c'è ancora qualche frammento di vita vera, senza giocare al vintage. Silenzio, eleganza, bellezza delle notti e dei giorni. L'appartamento, fresco anche d'estate, è fornito di tutto, con piatti, stoviglie, attrezzature non turistiche e il letto è comodissimo. I proprietari, gentilissimi. I mezzi per raggiungere Bellagio, comodi. Il Tempo - che là, sotto strada, sembra essersi fermato - magnifico.
