The property was the perfect location and I loved that we had enough room and a washing machine! The view was also very nice and the AC worked great! Dario was very kind and my "dislikes" of this property have nothing to do with him.

The shower situation was very uncomfortable. The stand up shower was so small and dirty with mildew. One couldn't move in there. The other bathtub shower, you had to sit down and shower or you get water all over the floor and with only one set of towels per person made it hard to shower easily. It would have been nice to have an extra set of towels per person in order to clean up the water on the floor and still have a clean towel for the next shower ( yes we could wash the towels but they wouldn't be dry for the next shower). The beds were also very uncomfortable. Since the property is close to the beach it would have been nice to have beach towels.

A great location and spectacular views. The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean. David was our check in Manager and was extremely professional and helpful . The bed was firm but comfortable. When we arrived the fridge was stocked with milk, and a bottle of Rośe and water. Parking: there is no parking onsite but David assisted us with accessing private car parking €65 for 3 days. There were 2 flight of stairs to our apartment, which normally isn’t a problem, but was a bit of a challenge lugging our heavy suitcases ( we’re travelling for 7 weeks) up the stairs , and this was also a problem for older family members each day.

1. The stairs - difficult for older family members 2. Parking- while we could access parking, all luggage had to be carried about 650m, which again was difficult for older family members. This information in the booking details would be very helpful. 3. City Tax:We had an issue about the city tax. The booking.com €24 but the apartment management insisted it was €36 and were quite rude and insistent that the higher amount be paid by credit card, whereas David’s originally told us €24 could be paid in cash. When I sent a copy of the booking.com payment amount confirming that the tax was €24 , I never received any response, so we left the €24 in cash with the keys. Their was also an issue with the door to the building being left open, and only my husband and I had accessed that door and closed it each time, but I received a very abrupt and curt message ’to keep the door closed and don’t do it again’. We fully understand that building security is important and respect this, and it would have been more pleasant to receive a less aggressive message.

This is a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location directly on the main pedestrian street which is filled with shops and restaurants. The main living room has 2 small balconies directly onto the pedestrian street and the 2 main bedrooms at the rear of the property have direct access to the rear shared balcony which has stunning views over the ocean, local houses and nearby bays. There is no local parking but car parks within walking distance

There is an issue with electrical sockets outlets within the property as there are several different types ? some of which do not accept European or even Italian adaptors.

Jessica our host was great. We stayed in touch for the full 4 days and she was very helpful in recommending and booking places to eat

The furnishings in the lounge were a little tired and the single bed mattress was very soft.

Central location, beautiful views, quiet at night, welcome from hostess,, very clean and spacious.

The showers cubicle and over the bath were not easy to use. It's was impossible to move in the shower cubicle and the over the bath had to be hand held. It only needs a bracket. Only 2 mugs for 4 guests. The kettle had to be moved to plug in. The sofa bed was dirty, full of crumbs and no linen. The sockets didnt fit our european adapters plugs, and didn't even fit the kettle. The sink tap was broken

The location was superb, very central to everything Taormina has to offer. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The balcony perfect to sit and soak up the views. We enjoyed the traditional feel of this beautiful apartment in the heart of town. Our host Jessica was very helpful throughout our stay, and welcomed us with lots of information to make us feel oriented when we arrived.

The view was beautiful. The location was outstanding. Very spacious.

2 of the single bed mattresses needed updating and was told they were on order.
