Marco is very nice. He let us stay until the time we needed. The apartment was cleaned and comfortable. The location is perfect. Close at the main street with restaurants, coffee, shops.

Good location, nice, large flat devided into four separate accomodations, but still with more than enought space. Nice, large terrace

Deffinately the maintaining of a facility. Really unsufficient level of cleaning. Pretty used kitchen utensils, broken plates, empty lighter for a gas cooker, just last four matches left. Big notice says, if you left dirty dishes in apartment, you will be charged for 50€ for aditional cleaning.

We chose this apartment as it is close to the EUROPCAR renting office in the city center. There are some good restaurants and pizzerias around. Approximately 1km from the Etna main street and 200 m from Corso Italia. There is also a METRO station. The beds were good and the kitchen furniture is new. It the price of the apartments matching the price.

There were many small things that I suggest to improve for the owner: - More cutlery and dishes - there were no paper towels(no other towels to dry hands or dishes), no dishes washing soap, no sponge, no salt, no sugar (perhaps not mandatory but I'd expect at least a salt for cooking to not buy 1 huge package for few days stay) - The balcony images(one of the reason we chose these apartments) were not from our rooms. There are 4 apartments on the floor, and we had a view to the other building wall, not the sunny view as in the booking advertisement. - ALL doors were creaking. That was one of the disturbing fact as each time you open the door to the other room or to the bath room, everyone was hearing during the night or in the morning. Not critical ones, and hope this will be fixed till next guest stay. In the overall, it was a good stay.

Beds were confy. Location was 10 min away from the Catania Autostazione - bus terminal to other cities.

The host is very nice, but the checkin took too long. I informed the host about our whereabouts even before boarding the plane. We had trouble reaching him on the phone, had to call 4-6 times before he picked up. All this trouble only to find out that he just needed to remotely open the door of the building, and then, the rest was self checkin. (We informed him we are 10 min away, but we ended up waiting for 25 min in front of the building before he picked up the phone). The apartment was ok, but it should be cleaned better, especially the shower. I also suggest that the towels be changed. If I had known their condition, I would have brought my own. We were 4 people for 4 nights, only 1 toilet paper role was provided. No soap. (Indeed there were 4 small shower samples). The kitchen is too minimally equipped. No towels / paper towels, cutlery is also in kind of a bad condition. could also be updated. No coffee filters, no dish sponge and the coffee machine could also use some better cleaning.
