A Casa di Stella

The flat is perfect for up to four people seeking a calm and relaxing place to stay while exploring Umbria and western Tuscany by car (a car is essential if you choose to stay here). The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing. A great advantage is the nearby supermarket (Conad City Ponte Rio), just a short drive away, offering a wide selection of quality products and welcoming, kind staff. The property also provides parking right in front of the building's main entrance or on a side parking area for residents. Excellent and warm shower. Overall, it met our needs perfectly, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Perugia to see our family—if it’s available.

Check in could be improved using a safe box with a code, it would streamline the process. Also, even though it was not an issue for us, bear in mind that the flat is one level above the street level and inside Stellas property, you will also have to go up one floor.

The apartment is just outside of Perugia and a car is definitely needed. It was very clean & comfortable and close to conad supermarket and gas station. Stella was there to meet us and she was always available when we needed something. She even left some fruit for us.

One set of towels were free but then you have to pay if you need more.

Cleanliness quiet and comfort

The host Maria was fantastic. She has welcomed us on arrival and was very helpful with recommending places to eat out, best parking locations etc. The apartment itself was very clean and had all that is needed for a family stay. The location was close to the airport and it was very good for when planning to drive around Umbria. Thank you Maria !

Stella was a great host and it was a very quiet place to stay, exactly what we where looking to.

The internet connection wasnt stable and there were moments it didnt work unfortunatelly.

Everything was perfect!!
