"Very poor"

Small, rather clean studio located in the front of lower lift station. 30-50 min drive to many other doilomiti superski regiones. Car needed.

Owners! I paid for apartment with one separate bedroom and got studio. Owners and booking admitted that was mistake and that all, They did nothing. Just ignored me and asked about good opinion! So owners will quickly take Your money but probably wont help You in case of any troubles. About apartment: small, simple, not very well designed with poor lighting. Residence is rather old and simple. The ski storage room is big however cold, wet with percetible mice smell so nobody left schoes there. The rest is Ok. So if You have all informations and looking for simple, budget loaction at the ski slope is ok.

"Perfect location for ski"

Location, location, location at the bottom of the Laresei lift. The room was nice, well clean and equipped with the essential stuff for a ski vacation.

Would only advise 2 adults and a small kid otherwise it can be a bit cramped... Wireless coverage (network froze often) and 5G network coverage is non-existant. Also somewhat isolated so if you want to buy some food, you need to go to Falcade.

"Ski in ski out"

The location on the slope, ski in ski out condition, very practical. There is all you can need in the appartment. It is warm, clean, quiet,.... With a small bathroom, kitchen,... And it was big enough (otherwise small) for 2 or in our case family of 3. Perfect for skiing or mountainering, you will not need the car during your stay.

The building is a bit old. Some parts (sauna, bar) were not working during our stay.
