A good equipped appartement very close to the beach (2 minutes). Looks better, than on the picture. The owner, Barbara is a helpful lady. We enjoyed our stay very much

La propretés et le calme

Les meubles etaient fragiles , portes des placards et frigos fermaient mal . La climatisation dans la cuisine loin de la chambre, ce qui nous obligeait à laisser fort le soir . L’accès à l’appartement avec un chemin catastrophique.

The apartment is located near to the sea (5 minutes walk), however the beach was not as clean as the most in Sardinia.

I booked the 4-person apartment for 3 people 4-5 months before. My son could join our vacation in the last minutes, I immediately told the owner, that we were 4 instead of 3 persons. She asked 150 EUR additional payment for 5 days. I quickly checked at booking.com, the extra would have been 75 EUR, which I was willing to pay immediately. She did not accept it, and she notified booking.com and asked 200 EUR extra fee at that time. Booking.com contacted me, I told them the story and my calculation. The booking.com accepted my 75 EUR offer, which I paid. Thank you for the quick and fair customer care!! The others: only one air conditioner is in the apartment (in the bedroom), so we had to keep all doors open. The kitchenwares were old and rusty. There is a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom, which is only children under 170 cm. We cannot park near the apartment, we had to use an other parking place at the next apartment (it is only 30 meters but on a very dusty road). There were a lot of mosquitoes. The apartment is old furnitured, but the bathroom was OK.

The accommodation is very close to the sea. The apartment is clean, comfortable and the garden is well kept. Our host was very nice, recommended restaurants, helped us with everything we asked for, communication was very good. We parked our car in another plot, this was not a problem for us. There are only a few restaurants nearby, definitely worth renting a car. I highly recommend it for families, very child friendly!

There were two cars parked under our window, sometimes it was noisy.
