Everything was great. The host is very kind and helpful, and the communication was smooth—she responded quickly to all my questions. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and close to the main attractions, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were simple and flexible. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’d be happy to stay here again!

Adoramos a localização. Embora perto de uma zona de bares, a casa está muito bem insonorizada e não fomos incomodados com o barulho. As camas eram muito confortáveis. Cozinha muito bem equipada. Fomos.muito bem recebidos pelo Alessandro.

"Very comfortable convenient apartment for visiting Cagliari"

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well on hot days. Enrica our host was responsive and helpful. The location was good for walking to restaurants and local attractions.

It would have been good to have instructions on the washing machine as hadn’t seen that type.

The host was just a phone call or whatsapp message away. Upfront, very good touristic trips advice and restaurant guidance. At a certain moment there was a small issue with the warm water which they came to fix immediately. A responsiveness I've not seen that often and which is much appreciated. Coffee and some breakfast stuff available for free usage. All equipment for doing the dishes (soap, dishwasher tablets, ... were present - maybe a kitchen towel could be useful) We could check in early without an issue. Also the internet was at very good speed and there was a Netflix account to use which was appreciated a lot by the kids.

No real things to improve in this setting. We got more than expected.
