Great place to stay in the heart of a lovely Muggia. Shops, restaurants and beach just several steps from the apartment. Love it!

Appartamento bello in ottima posizione e pulito.

In cucina non c'era praticamente niente, una pentola e una padella. e per fare da mangiare è complicato senza padelle o minimi strumenti. La parte di soppalco andrebbe circondata un po' meglio con le travi per sicurezza ulteriore.

Posizione bellissima per Muggia! Fronte porticciolo, dall'uscita si raggiunge in 5 secondi la piazza principale, dove si trova il palazzo comunale e il Duomo. Girare a piedi per Muggia è doveroso, il piccolo borgo dell'Istria italiana. L'appartamento rinnovato e ordinato, abbastanza luminoso (soprattutto le camere da letto), ho apprezzato come sono stati sfruttati i MQ di una casa che in sostanza non è grandissima ma più che efficiente per le funzionalità di una casa vacanze. La cucina sembra l'angolo di un cabinato (bravo il progettista!). Tutti i servizi ben funzionanti. Arredo tipo IKEA ma ben coordinato, fresco e comodo per l'uso.

..poche cose che andrebbero migliorate ma che hanno la loro importanza, a mio personale giudizio. Mancano gli scuri esterni e le tende a rullo non coprono efficientemente la forte luce che entra (la tenda della camera matrimoniale non scende del tutto..), opterei per una soluzione come gli scuretti interni o tende maggiormente coprenti. Ho trovato polvere sopra l'armadio della camera matrimoniale, me ne sono accorto dopo che avevo appoggiato una borsa. Occhio! Sarebbe utile un ripiano o mobiletto sotto il lavandino del bagno, non sapevo io e mia moglie dove appoggiare la trusse se non sopra la lavatrice. Ho trovato le ante scorrevoli - della bella doccia - fuori dai binari.. Cose tutte rimediabili e che con poco rendono un gioiellino l'appartamento. Altra nota ma non dipende dai proprietari: alle 6,30 si sente abbastanza bene il passaggio della raccolta dei rifiuti, tenete conto che siamo in pieno centro.

The biggest advantage of this apartment is definitely its location. It is situated right on the waterfront, with beautiful views of the sea and the small fishing boats moored nearby. The setting is exactly what you imagine when thinking of a small Italian coastal town. In the evening, it is pleasant to sit on the square or along the promenade. The town itself is tiny, authentic, and charming, with a church, a castle, a central square, and even a small ferry. There are very few tourists, which makes the atmosphere feel genuinely local. Parking is available nearby for €8 per day

Unfortunately, our overall experience was negatively affected by several issues. The main problem was that the apartment did not match its description. The listing advertised a living room and two bedrooms, while in reality there were only two bedrooms and no separate living room. The apartment is very basic, with minimal furnishings. The kitchen is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. It does have a microwave, a small refrigerator, a two-burner gas stove, and basic cookware, but overall it is much more compact than expected. The check-in process was also unusually time-consuming. We were required to complete multiple forms and upload documents for all guests. During our two-week trip through Italy, we stayed in more than ten different apartments, and nowhere else was such an extensive procedure required. The biggest disappointment, however, was the noise. The apartment is located directly above the square and nearby cafés. Music and conversations continued late into the evening. Early the next morning, around 4:45 AM, market vendors arrived directly beneath the windows to set up fruit and vegetable stalls. The process involved loud metal noises, moving equipment, and constant activity. Sleeping became practically impossible, and we were very relieved that we had booked only one night. Another issue was the air conditioning. The listing stated that the apartment had air conditioning, but in reality it was only a small portable unit with an exhaust hose that had to be placed through an open window. It cooled only a very small area around itself and was not effective for the apartment as a whole. The apartment is relatively inexpensive, and that softened our disappointment somewhat. However, knowing what we know now, we would not choose to stay here again, even for one night. The location is beautiful, but for us the inaccurate description and lack of sleep outweighed the advantages.
