Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale. Il tetto mansardato e l'arredamento curato lo rendono molto grazioso. Il bagno è spazioso e completo di tutto. Sono presenti pompe di calore che permettono di scaldare velocemente gli ambienti se si dovesse sentire freddo. Istruzioni chiare fornite dall'host, che ha risposto velocemente ad un paio di domande. Posizione comoda a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Porta Nuova e a due passi dalla fermata del tram n°4

I vetri sono sottili e si sentono abbastanza i rumori provenienti dalla strada, che comunque non sono eccessivi, essendo una zona molto poco trafficata.
