10/10 Super clean and comfortable, very cozy place, owner was really friendly and helpful. Attention to detail is amazing. You have everything you need and more. Parking just in front of the building, and you can walk to the city center.

Elvira was the nicest host we've encountered. She provided a beautiful home, super comfy bed, nice amenities, secure bike storage. Good and quiet location for exploring and shopping.

We had some issues with WiFi but they were resolved.

Cute and snug, this apartment worked fine for our two-day stay. It was close enough to many of the sites we were interested in, and within walking distance of the tram line. It has a small bistro table, a microwave, and a mini fridge. There was also a rare thing in Italy (from our experience anyway): screens in the windows! That made keeping the windows open in the evening no issue with the bugs. A free parking space was also a welcome amenity. And there's a great gelato place just across the bridge! Elvira was prompt and helpful with communication, especially using Whatsapp. She also provided some suggestions for restaurants, etc.

The only suggestion we would make would be a stronger router or a booster for the WiFi signal. It worked fine in the living area but it was very spotty in the bedroom. We missed a WiFi call when our phone was in the bedroom.

Great location in a quiet residential area on the fringe of old town. 10 to 20min walk to all attractions in old town. Free private parking outside house which is very convenient. Very gracious hostess who lives upstairs of apartment. She also recommended restaurants. No kitchen or cooking facilities but microwave oven available for warming food. Small fridge. Very comfortable bed.
