Location could be challenging... The apartment is located 'above' Cervinia and is easily accessible by car. Probably 5 minutes drive. Walking from cervinia center requires steep climb aside a narrow road and takes half an hour. Skiing from the apartment to the main Gondola is possible if there is enough snow and is less suitable for beginners. While it is possible to ski back to the apartment it requires picking a specific ski lift that closes rather early and not always works due to bad weather
