We had a nice large terrace with a great view of Lake Como and the beach. Our accommodations were updated, clean, and comfortable. Our welcoming host, though not on site, was friendly, courteous and helpful upon our arrival. Complex is secure with gates that require a key or keypad (for parking area). There is a very good restaurant in walking distance - La Breva. Also a beach bar with food/pizza that when we were there in Sep was only open on the weekend.

The building complex looks to need some repair and some of the units looked like they hadn't been used in a long time...our unit was a shining star. Other than the restaurants...walking to town was either by roadside (a bit scary) or travel up the hill and walk a well lit street to Lierna (our preference), not a short hike, but enjoyable.
