La vue, la cuisine bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et a l’écoute

Les locataires précédents avaient cassé un lit. Nous avons pu dormir mais il a fallu réparer nous mêmes en arrivant. Les transats étaient cassés. Chaque appartement a un propriétaire différent, l’arrivée n’émet pas très fluide.

Unfortunately the bed was tricky. The stretcher under the mat had a tendency of falling apart.

Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience at "Sweet Home, la casa del piccolo borgo". We booked for a one-night stay, at what seemed to be a fairly reasonable priced apartment. After booking we were informed that the stay will have an extra 15€/person for bed linen and towels, which is already ridiculous but also something that was not explicitly stipulated in the booking information. Apart from that, the hosts didn't even bother to do the bed, just left the bed linens on the sofa.

The location was beautiful. We could see San Gimignano far in the distance from the kitchen diner window. The view was very special. The pool was very clean and large. Good central location for visiting all the usual Tuscany attractions. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking your own meals. Riccardo was very professional and attentive......even after a slight booking error on my part with only booking for 2 persons when it should have been 4. This was fixed quickly.

It was a shame there was no immediate outdoor eating area for this property.
