La camera restava un po' fredda nella giornata di mal tempo, senza possibilità di regolare l'accensione del riscaldamento.

Zeer mooi appartement, ferfecte staat, linnen ververst tijdens de week verblijf. Keuken prima met vaatwasser en nodige toestellen. Geweldig zicht op de bergen en ruim terras. Prima startplaats om te hiken in de dolomieten. Gratis openbaar vervoer. Parking in het gebouw.

In the appartement there were only 1 normal double bed. The others were folding beds - too small for 2 people, uncomfortable. Wellness should be open longer than till 7PM.

Acqua in camera a causa di una perdita, lavatrice nn funzionante a primo impatto. Non all' altezza del prezzo, soprattutto poco chiari alla reception sui supplementi da pagare.

Die Lage mit tollem Blick vom Balkon, der Saunabereich (auch wenn der Kellergang dahin nur „ok“ war), der Pool.

Achtung: Foto in der Anzeige ist das Hotel, nicht das dahinter liegende alte Apartmenthaus! Auf dem Balkon standen die alten, dreckigen, vom Regen naßen Sofas. Statt Sperrmüll wurden sie dort scheinbar schon vor einiger Zeit abgestellt. Für Liegestühle war leider kein Platz mehr. Auch nur noch für einen kleinen Tisch und zwei (statt fünf) Stühle. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer (!), dh wenn die Personen, die in der Küche schlafen, auf Toilette gehen, laufen sie durchs Schlafzimmer durch. Apartment insgesamt auch zu den Nachbarn sehr hellhörig. Küchenausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bad ist aus den 1980er… sehr kleine Dusche, Badewanne und altes Waschbecken. Im Prinzip keine Ablagefläche oder Aufhänge Möglichkeiten für Handtücher. Apartment lieblos und nicht gerade neu ausgestattet. Der Fokus liegt scheinbar eher auf dem Hotel, nicht dem alten Apartmenthaus. Kein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Very clean, spacious apartment. Large balcony with an amazing view. Parking both underground and in front of the building. Spa facilities at the linked hotel. Fully equipped kitchen with large seating area. Price is steep for a studio however overall ok for Dolomites area if you want to be directly in the mountains and have an amazing view. We asked for the towels to be exchanged once during the stay as well even though it's a studio and they were very quick to assist.

Noisy bed; outdated bathroom but fully functional and perfectly clean. Towels should be changed as they have been clearly washed too many times.
