Everything inside the apartment was very high quality and modern. Very well insulating windows. The apartment is well equipped. The location is more than perfect. Communication with the owner was smooth, she was also kind and flexible and let us check-in sooner.

We couldn't close the bathroom door.

No air conditioning! Towels for two, not three. Apartment location was very noisy

The apartment is in a very nice location in Menaggio, a walking distance from ferry and restaurants. It is very nice and clean, we enjoyed our stay there. The owners have a restaurant near by. The food there is very good and they are very friendly. We could leave our luggage at the restaurant for a few hours after check out to be able to explore the city until our ferry arrived. When we arrived, the iron was missing, but the owner was super kind and helpful and provided a new one in a couple of hours.

The shower and WC are a bit old so they are noisy, but closing the bathroom door solved the problem.
