Sehr schönes Apartment in toller Lage

Location, cleaningness, kitchen space and coffee, easy communication with host :)

The location was perfect, center located but also in a quiet neighbourhood. we could reach the heart of Verona within 15 min walk. Everything was nearby. it is a very comfortable apartment, with a big size living room, the bedroom is small but it does not bother us. the bed was ok, could be better. The kitchen was completed, nothing we missed. But the most important, the owner, Pier is very nice, he waited for us till late (we arrived around 1 o'clock). Although he charged us with 10 euros for the late arrival, he is very committed to give us some recommendations for restaurants and ice cream. Overall a nice stay, a bit overpriced but it is Open Air Opera season in Verona, therefore understandable.

The AC was not working properly, which actually made our night sleep almost unbearable. There was also a fan but it did not the job. Although we experienced a couple of hot days in Verona, I do not think that it is the reason, because I live in a very hot town myself. The wifi was weak, in bedroom almost missing. There were no shampoo or shower gel, which could have been useful on arrival day, especially when it is in the middle of the night.

The location was perfect walking distance. We did a self guided tour to 21 places most fairly close from our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The balcony was adorable, and I was able to hang my laundry over the balcony Italian style 😎 handy washing machine, lots of closet space. The host was very helpful when we needed anything

Nothing it was perfect

It was very clean and in close to everything. The host was very friendly and gave some helpful information about the location. He also helped with our suitcase. There is also a washing machine which was very handy.

It was wasn’t a probably for us but it is up two flights of stairs. The host does help with the suitcases.

No microwave, faucet in kitchen needs tightening and needs airco in the separate bedroom.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything needed. Pier was friendly and very welcoming and gave some great recommendations! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in an authentic Italian apartment.
