Clean and large apartment. Excellent location.

At nights it was a bit cold and it was said the radiators can not be turned on before Nov. 15 by law.

Best Location ever.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is very close to the piazza and multiple restaurants and stores.

The apartment was is a perfect location, spacious and with amazing views of the city and the hillsides of Tuscany.

The apartment building was quite unattended. The door of the building was not working and had to be left open throughout the day and night. The elevator of the building was also not working. The apartment itself self was ok, not very well maintained. Some window and shutters were wobbly and didn’t close well. Pots and pan were burnt from overuse and there were only 4 random glasses available to use of which 3 were dirty. The house seemed clean but when you looked closer you could see that it hadn’t been properly cleaned for some time. However what really disappointed us was the staff managing the apartment. We called after our first night (1 out of 4 that we stayed) to asked for some more pillows and to complain about the Wi-Fi not working properly. The told us that they had to check with the owner to approve for the pillows and regarding the Wi-Fi they told us they would come to check. They never got back to us for neither of our two basic requests! A reflection of how the run the apartment and care about the customer!

Location and the views from the bedroom were great

Heating did not work - the owner came and tried to sort it but giving remarks about what I should have done to the boiler to make it work… not my job, I came to enjoy Siena. She left saying it should work in 10 mins, it didn’t… so I messaged her again and she didn’t reply and left us in the cold apartment with our young daughter. A guy came the next day after I messaged again … he sorted the hot water but the heating still didn’t work….so I finally gave up. This apartment has so much potential in such a beautiful building

Rep quickly arrived with keys. Explained access etc and was very pleasant and efficient.

It was quite warm for October and bedrooms were quite uncomfortably hot, despite fans being provided . There are only small windows in the property (typical of age), but therefore difficult to ventilate and made bedroom 2 very dark.

Great location. Private.
