Villa Marianna Garda Lake

Host was very kind, everything was OK 👌 Location is very good, it hadms a private parking. There is a super restaurant near here, Osteria Le Spine….must visit it, I definitely recommend it! If you want to have a breakfast please visit Cecilia Frolla….you will not be disappointed! Both of them are in 60 meters!

The host recommended a restaurant for dinner just 100 steps away that was excellent. Pasta was fresh and homemade. Service was above and beyond. There is also a nice breakfast cafe across the street from the restaurant.

We were greeted by Roberto when we arrived, he was very friendly and inviting. The property was very clean and a good size. It had everything that we needed for our stay. Roberto told us where we could catch the bus and where the nearest shops were. It's a short walk to the nearest beach and about a 15-minute walk from Peschiera town. There is a lovely ice cream, waffle, and dessert restaurant just around the corner and a lovely family run restaurant just across the road called Le Spine..

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and is a really high standard. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need, even a complimentary bottle of wine :) we had the downstairs apartment and our own terrace but also use of the beautiful garden. Location is great, close to the lake and the bus. Roberto the owner was really helpful and met us at the apartment for check in and out. Highly recommend a stay here.

The owners were exceptionally helpful. They texted me to make sure that they would be prepared for my arrival, carried my bags upstairs, toured the apartment and the outdoor space with me. Very warm, welcoming and helpful with any needs I had.

There was a recent split in the road (construction) that made access a little confusion as my GPS took me to the other side. Owners were available and helpful when I was just a little lost at the end of a long journey. Easily accessed with their help

- Very clean - Good parking possibility next to the House - nice host - close to the lake - quiet at night

- poorly soundprooved (could hear everything from upstairs) - unpleasant smell in apartment - MANY mosquitos - even in may - a flyscreen in the windows would be really important. - neon lights in Apartment and dangerously hot water in kitchen (both should be easy to change)

Private parking was great, table in the garden for eating breakfast was really nice! Good location, a nice 30-minute walk to the Peschiera center, and the lake is very close.

The apartment was so clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfy and the host was so friendly
