The location is perfect, one block to the sea and within a short walk to good restaurants.

There are lots of stairs 62 marble steps and then 13 on metal spiral stairs that are about 18" Wide and straight up. The last set is challenging for someone with mobility issues. I did not read this in any of the ads on booking.com I went back and reread the online just to make sure I did not overlook it. They don't count 1st floor but it would be considered 5th floor rental. Hallway lights cut off fast... so a few times I was in complete darkness having to use my cellphone light to find my way. Saturday night from 10 pm til 2:00 am (22:00-2:00) the restaurant just below the living-room blasted dance music it was rock concert loud...I stayed 3 out of 4 nights.

Casa sporca e vecchia. Le lenzuola erano vecchie e consumate. Le doghe del letto erano TUTTE rotte, bagno lascia a desiderare. Per non parlare della SCOMODITÀ per arrivare nella casa... una scala a chiocciola davvero ma davvero piccola e con i bagagli si entra malapena e purtroppo non è specificato. (Allego foto) Il prezzo è troppo alto per i servizi offerti .. Il terrazzo non è come in foto.. è pieno di roba e noi l'abbiamo trovato tutto sporco. Insomma non consigliamo a nessuno.

Proche de la plage et de la place et station de bus pour aller à Palerme

Un tout petit escalier en rotation pour accéder à l'appartement, très compliqué avec les valises. Le lit était cassé les lattes du matelas ne tenaient pas et les lattes cassé, mal de dos garantie. La vaisselle était très mal faite les couverts et assiettes collé. Coupure d'eau par l'hôte le jour de notre arrivé donc arrive le lundi coupure générale et pas d'eau pour tenir.

Excellent apartment. It is a privilege to have this opportunity to be in a real place without the tourist stamp that is out there and makes all places equal. A picturesque street between the mountain and the beach. Ten steps from the square where everyone meets. Where everyone, without exception, smiles and welcomes.

-Its a long way up with a lot of stairt with a final circular stair to get into the apartment which at 30 degrees kills you -bad quality bed that will leave you with backpain after 2 nights -fridge not working -decieving photo of the terrace -everytime you turn on the water. It makes a loud nouse in all the apartment of the water pump -Ac took a couple hours tl start working

Nice apartment in a great location, mentioned free public parking is practically impossible to use while the city is very crowded, you can park about 6 mins far away from the flat on a private parking for 3€ per day. Additionally fridge was not working and a stairs was so narrow, you could barely go through them with a backpack. The kitchen was equipped very well beside of lacking knife and cutting board.

Firstly, the location of the apartment is great, walking distance to the Mondello Beach and very close to the bus stops where you can easily get to Palermo or train stations. The apartment has great space for a couple with all needed amenities and a nice terrace looking at the town. The apartment is on the last floor, with a very narrow staircase leading to the apartment door, and it may not be easy to carry a big luggage. Otherwise it's very peaceful and quiet there. The owner is very helpful, always answers any question.

The bathroom could be refreshed, there's mold on the celling and the water pomp is going on/off very loudly.
