"Comfortable and convenient."

Luca, the host, was really helpful when minor problems occurred (a blind that didn't work and a TV that was reluctant to turn on). The location close to Spinea railway station is really good.

The property is advertised as having a balcony with a view of the city. It doesn't have a balcony at all. Apparently the host has repeatedly tried to correct this but booking.com have failed to make the necessary change. This makes it impossible to give a top score for facilities.

"A really nice stay in beautiful Botanica!"

The apartment was beautiful, clean and cozy, it had nice air conditioning. Near to a good pizza place, supermarket and the train, which takes you to Venice in 20 minutes. The area is quiet. Overall a really nice experience!

Kitchen would need some more utensils like small spoons but it's really not a thing.

"Good place to visit Venice"

This is a great apartment. I used my car to reach Venice, but there is convenient public transport to Venice too. It has everything and the host is very nice. He help me with some issue that I had.

The main street is very close and if you open the windows is kind of noisy. I'm don't care, but for some people this can be an issue.
