Besitzer sehr mürrisch Hellhörig Küche quasi kaum zu gebrauchen (Kochfeld bringt Wasser nicht gescheit zum kochen), kein Backofen, Kühlschrank selbst auf höchster Stufe nicht richtig kühl

Super geräumige Wohnung. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.

Den Sichtschutz auf der Terrasse könnte man eventuell anders lösen, war aber OK.

Die Größe der Ferien Wohnung war für 2 Personen sehr komfortabel und diese Lage sehr gut zum Einstieg in den Marlinger Waalweg und für Fahrten mit dem ÖPNV nach Meran und auch nach Bozen. Gut war auch, dass der Vermieter sich sofort darum gekümmert hat, als die Heizung ausgefallen war.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas minimalistisch, zumindest wenn man öfter selbst kochen möchte. Es fehlen eine Mikrowelle und ein Toaster.

Zentrale Lage, 5 min. Zentrum u. Busbahnhof, kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus, Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit mit Stromanschluss in der Garage.

Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig,z.B . Dusche u. Küche.
