Good location, lift, nice terrace

We stayed in the top apartment, although the terrace is lovely there is no other internal living space. We were two couples so if the weather had been bad it would have been a problem. Parts of the apartment were not cleaned well. The kitchen was grimy with missing or chipped glasses/crockery. The host quickly replaced these items but the kitchen had not been checked before our arrival. I am surprised the ratings are so high.

Very nice! Loved how close it was to everything. Lucia was wonderful and was great in giving info about restaurants and groceries. Would have given a 10 had the apartment not smelled of cheap perfume and the difficulty of parking the car(12 min walk). The blanket in the outdoor bedroom was saturated with the spray. Also rented the 4th floor beware, the lift only goes to the 3rd floor. Will need to be able to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs.

Lovely, good sized, spotlessly clean, airy apartment with large terrace. Everything was as displayed in the photos as shown on the listing and all the facilities listed were provided (particularly liked the coffee machine and a washing machine that actually works!). Furniture is very comfortable. Toiletries (shower gel/shampoo/conditioner) provided in both bathrooms and I was impressed with Trapani's clear efforts regarding recycling (unlike Palermo!). Wifi worked well for me. The apartment has access by stairs and lift. Our host, Lucia met us on arrival and whilst there was an initial mix up in bookings, she immediately resolved this and we were in the correct apartment in minutes. She was approachable, attentive and helpful, providing some recommendations for food/drink in the area and was quick to respond to any queries we had for the rest of our stay. She also very helpfully sorted out our taxi to the airport for our return trip which was much appreciated. This is a lovely area with all you need close by (good smaller local restaurants, some higher end clothes shops, supermarkets, bakery etc.) whilst also being conveniently near to Trapani airport/bus services/ferry port.

Excellent location in centro . Spacious . Very well equipped. Very clean . Had everything we needed for a 5 night stay . Lucia was wonderful . She met us at check in , and was readily available via What’s App to answer questions /provide recommendations etc.

Great location. A well equipped flat with everything we needed. Fantastic terrace. Amazing and generous host. Lucia replied promptly to every question, offered great advice on local restaurants, sites, etc, and was very welcoming and made us feel at home.

No living room in the penthouse which is what I had booked, but don't worry as the terrace will fully compensate for that! The kitchen gets a bit hot in the afternoon (a bit like a greenhouse). The property lets several flats to chose from and it's not entirely clear from the photos what corresponds to each flat. It may be worth asking the question of what is what before you book.

Lucia is a fantastic host, and the place is comfy and well-groomed. It is a great base to explore the city and the outskirts.
