We love the style, the location, being walking distance to loads of restaurants and ice-cream shops, and how comfortable the beds were as well as the quietness for a good sleep The apartment has all essentials needed ( soap, coffee, etc ...) that one appreciates when arriving late at night

Everything was perfect

Had a really nice stay at the appartement. Very big appartement with a nice outdoor area. Really nice host :) just a few minutes walk into the city center. Would recommend :)

Unfortunately its not really soundproof. Due to the old building, you hear all the steps of the people above. (But we were lucky with our neighbours and they kept to the house rules)

Superb location, very nicely renovated apartment which has wonderfully retained its ancient building vibes! Riccardo and Loretta are great attentive hosts!

The appartment is sooooo charming, the location is great and Riccardo's hospitality and friendliness are uncomparable. He was always reachable and available to answer all of our questions and attend to our requests.

Spacious very clean apartment. Large rooms and very comfortable bed. Big bathroom with large shower, toilet and bidet. On the doorstep to Cividale town Centre. Excellent restaurant and cafes. Owners very attentive and friendly

That was our second visit and we find it to be a wonderful oasis.

There is quite a lot of noise from the street, unfortunately.
