Everything was great…, except that I had an unfortunate accident whereby a heavy brass doorknob fell one-off a door and hit my foot and gashed my toe…. Which was very painfulbut host was apologetic and said he would give me a discount in the future.it was an unforeseen accident..l I would rent this place again..l,it was nicely decorated and comfortable…

Marco's hospitality was exceptional, very friendly, and accommodating. The apartment is very well located and has great amenities. It is also quiet for a great night's sleep. Thank you, Marco

Why to give only one towel for one week? And to charge for more

Perfect location walkable distance to the station to see cinque Terre. Host had good communication.

Wifi was poor and unreliable sometimes it just cut out for hours and we had to use phone data. Walls paper thin, you could hear every word neighbours right next door who were up late.

Our host, Marco was very friendly and stayed in touch. We could check-in earlier and he brought us hangers and tea towels we asked for. The apartment is close to the train station which is ideal if you want to visit Cinque Terre.

Our confirmation confirmed that we booked a two bedroom soundproof apartment with a balcony and garden view. Dining area and washing machine. The landing page on Booking.com shows a dining area which was not in the apartment. Some of the photos on Booking.com was not of the apartment we booked. It only consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. I contacted Marco regarding the dining room and was informed that the photo I referred to, was of another apartment. The dining area in the apartment we booked, consists of a table and chairs in the kitchen. There was no garden view and the balcony from the main bedroom, opens up on an inner court occupied by doves. The two single beds in the one bedroom are more suited for children or adults of small stature. The bathroom leads from the kitchen and is very narrow. The basin, toilet, bidet and shower are in one line. It is very uncomfortable to use. We only discovered the washing machine on our last day behind a build-in closet, after we heard a noice in the shared area between our apartment and another, occupied by a music student. The soundproofing in the apartment is not adequate. We stayed for three nights and were disappointed because what we thought we booked, was not what we got. Please note that the photos you see when you click on "reserve" "two-bedroomed apartment" is what you get.

value for money. location was convenient.

2nd bedroom more for kids. single beds a bit small and cannot be made into 1. very small. Aircon noisy so had to sleep with it off.
