Good location (if you have a car), easy parking (even in a busy season!), excellent advises by the host regarding restaurants, pizzerias, sightseeing, quiet.

Height of ceilings in some parts of rooms, esp., in some parts of the bathroom, was a bit less comfortable as it could be.

The host is really good. We couldn't find the property and she came to find us. Then she came to help us with the door lock ( they work differently than in England) and when we locked out ourselves leaving the keys on the table. The appartement is very clean, modern and well equipped. Good air con. No problem with parking in the street. When we were leaving we were asked to leave the keys on the table and close the door which was very convenient.The town is very Italian, nice for wandering with very nice local people, who don't mind helping even if they don't speak English and we don't speak Italian

Waste of money for breakfast- everything long life, nothing fresh. You have to prepare it yourself. We were staying in converted loft space. If you are taller than 1.6m you will have problems with the sloped celling. Not a big walking area. We had to duck all the time. It is very uncomfortable especially in the bathroom and when going to the bed even if the bedroom is big. It would be useful to have a dressing table with a mirror in the bedroom because you have to duck in the bathroom. There is a small terrace in front of the property. It would be nice to have a small table there. As English we were missing a kettle and toaster . The town is small and not every evening we could eat there. If you want to be sure that you have an evening meal do your shopping or you will have to drive a few miles. Not really good for hiking. You have to drive to reach hiking trails but good for road cycling.
