"Great location in a great city - but calling it "Luxury" is definitely an overstatement"

Brilliant location in a great town. The apartment has a very comfy bed and a silent and nice aircon. Very clean. Spotless. Flexible and nice host who stayed in one of the apartments with his family.

Although it was clear that the "loft" apartment will not have a terrace / balcony, the description gave me the impression the house would have a common terrace which was apparently not the case. ("Some units include a seating area and/or a patio. The apartment has a terrace."). This was OK, since we anyways spent most of our time in the city but wanted to clarify. We got the feeling that this apartment was not run "with real heart", rather a business. Improvements in details like improving the poor equipment in the kitchen, giving clear guidance on waste collection or not "watering up" detergent could help. All in all we enjoyed our stay everything was OK, but not great. Not the best value for money.
