Dolce Riva Downtown apartment

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, auch das einchecken klappt prima und problemlos! Die Terrasse der Unterkunft ist großzügig und das Appartement ist für eine dreiköpfige Familie perfekt geeignet! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen! Das Appartement war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet!

Mit Kind ist der Transport des Gepäcks etwas umständlich, da man nicht direkt an der Unterkunft parken kann! Man kann das Auto eben in einem Parkhaus in der Nähe für 10€/Tag parken, was grundsätzlich auch passt. Leider war die Matratze des Bettes für mein Empfinden schon sehr weich!

Mysig lägenhet belägen i gamla stan i Riva del Garda. Bra värdar som svarade snabbt vid frågor och gav tips på restauranger och sevärdheter.

- its a real hassle to get to the apartment at first, because although you can park for 5€/per day in a parking garage, you first need to park somewhere near the accommodation where there are literally almost never parking spots left (you can not park directly at the accommodation because its in city centre, there are no cars allowed), then you have to walk at least 5 minutes with all the luggages to the room and get inside to get the magnetic card for the parking garage. After that you need to go back to your car and park the car in the garage and then walk back to the apartment (in the excessive heat). Its a very bad start for a nice holiday, let me tell you that much. Its the same hustle for the check out, and dont forget to walk back again to the apartment to bring the cards and keys back. The check in and check out is a nightmare already without children, if you have kids and a stroller for example, it makes the whole check in/check out experience even more difficult! - one would think you could relax during your stay since you pay for a service, right? NO: you have to empty all of the garbage bins (recycle bin, organic waste bin, paper bin and the rest) before you leave in the city garbage bins, or they will fine you 30€ (it was never mentioned anywhere?!). You should not have to think about that during your holiday stay, this must be included in the price! - the owners are not very responsive on whats app and gave us false information about whats already in the apartment (we bought salt after asking them, but then we saw there was already salt in the apartment, great!) - there was no kitchen paper and no fresh sponge for the kitchen - there seems to be a motivated piano player in the building nearby, its relaxing for the first 5 minutes but then it starts getting really annoying

Great location, nice and cozy and good equipped apartment. Host is very friendly and ready to help with tipp, etc. 15 min walking to the beach. Beach is not very crowded, could always find a place.

Nothing to mention

Beautiful apartment in the old part of the town. Easy to get to restaurants and the lovely port area.

In the rain, the process of getting settled with bags into the apartment and with the car safely parked was a little complex.
