The location is fantastic for a family with kids - there is a large park with playgrounds round the corner, several coffee and ice cream shops just five minute walk, beach is about 12 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and feels domestic, parking was easy in the street right in front of the villa. The apartment is upstairs, offers two bedrooms and a small living room. Each room has a smart TV, wifi worked flawlessly, air conditioning units in both bedrooms too. Some of the equipment had seen better days, kitchen equipment like pots, pans and plates deserves replacing, but everything was functional and allowed making family dinner. Speaking of location, Rimini aquapark and sea animal park, plenty of beach resorts, Cattolica aquarium, Gradara castle, San Marino are a must to visit and are conveniently close!

"Perfect location for families or groups of friends !!"

We liked the big spaces of the property, the garden super nice, living room and kitchen too. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it but i definitely advice this place to families and friends who wants to be all together for vacation. The owner super nice, friendly and at our disposal for everything we needed.
