Location, lift access, and prompt communication with host. Hit water supply ok. Not an issue for us, however may prove problematic for other guests: windows are not double glazed and as such very noisy due to restaurants below.

Bathroom: dirty with mould on tiles and shower recess, broken tiles near shower.The photo on booking.com showed a sliding glass door which was important to us - instead it was a shower curtain. Kitchen: very tired and old - in need of update. Crockery, cutlery and cooking implements appeared to be oddments. Kitchen also dirty. Fridge needed a wipe down. As two friends travelling together, it was important that we had separate sleeping arrangements. I was charged an extra €15 to have the sofa bed setup. This charge was not on listed on booking.com. On contacting host was told that they treated a booking for two people as requiring a double bed only. I was very disappointed at incurring this charge, as all other accomodations did not charge us for this service.
