Antico Rione

The apartment is in a really great location, with the Castelvecchio just a few minutes pleasant walk away along the bank of the Adige and the Arena and other central sites of interest within easy reach. The splendid Chiesa San Zeno is very nearby. The residential neighbourhood is generally very quiet with shops, pleasant, relaxed cafés and bars, a great riverside pizzeria and an excellent vegan restaraunt virtually on the doorstep. We found we could slso walk to the railway station in around 25 minutes. The appartment is pleasant and comfortable with good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, a modern bathroom with a very good shower and a kitchen/ dining area which is sufficient for preparing simple and enjoying home cooked meals ( though making a full three course dinner would be a challenge). The air conditioning was very effective when we visited in June and the small balcony overlooking the courtyard at the rear was a nice space to enjoy breakfast. We stayed for a full two weeks to explore the Veneto and had a very enjoyable stay. The host, Luca, was very helpful and his communications were excellent. I would happily stay again.

My partner, who is sensitive to noise, was occasionally disturbed by slight noise from neighbouring appartments, but this was neither persitent nor excessive. It is after all a residential neighbourhood and not a monastic cloister. There was intermittent building work on a plot opposite the appartment at the time of our stay, though noise from this was only occasional and was not excessive or particularly disturbing. A dish for roasting vegetables would have been helpful, though we managed to roast courgettes and aubergines using the grill pan.

El dueño no acepta Bizum para pagar el impuesto de turista, solo quiere efectivo y nadie nos informó de ello. Le estoy diciendo que le pago por Bizum puesto que por transferencia me cobran comisión y no lo acepta tampoco. No da ningún tipo de facilidades y nos quiere dejar de que no hemos querido pagar el impuesto, cuando en todos los apartamentos lo hemos pagado.

有兩間房，超棒可以分房睡有自己的me time。 房東有及時解決我的問題（沒WiFi 就不能活的人）。 浴室很讚，超大。 廚房很整潔，該有的餐具、器具都有。

Très bien situé juste à côté du centre historique. Largement la place pour 5 adultes et très fonctionnel !

Il n'y avait que 4 couverts complets pour 5 personnes et pas mal d'humidité.

Big 2 bedroom flat . Fully equipped. Good location , close to Verona centre, close to a bus stop ( bus to Sirmione, and 61 to the station to catch a train to Venice) and supermarket.

Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Handtücher, Seife, Spülmittel, Küchenrolle waren vorhanden, ebenso die Küchenausstattung war für eine Selbstverpflegung geeignet. Das Bett war bequem. Der Balkon zum Innenhof war schön, ruhig und gepflegt. Die Lage ist durch die Seitenstraße verkehrsentspannt und trotzdem nicht weit weg vom Geschehen. Es sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants zu finden. Wlan funktionierte einwandfrei, ebenso der check-in und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer waren reibungslos.
