Keine Parkplätze in der Anlage, gelegentlich etwas nervige Parkplatzsuche. Abwasser im EG fliesst nur langsam ab

A ház Lajatico központjában, de mégis a természet közvetlen szomszédságában van. A ház toszkán stílusban épült, a lakás kényelmes és jól berendezett. Az erkélyről csodálatos kilátás nyílik a tájra, kakas kukorékol a távolban. A medence nagyszerű, és elég nagy méretű, a víz tisztasága, hőmérséklete nagyszerű.

A fürdőszoba mérete lehetne kicsivel nagyobb.
