Cuttigghiu Holiday Apartment

A ridosso del centro storico, dotati di parcheggio e di tutto l'occorrente utile per un soggiorno. Appartamenti ristrutturati di recente, puliti e confortevoli. Check-in reso molto agevole dall'host sempre disponibile ed attento.

Brutto quartiere a mio avviso sporco e mal frequentato. Presenza di formiche in casa, WC con sistema sanitrit, per cui non è possibile gettare la carta igienica nel water, non indicato sull'annuncio; Uno dei due appartamenti e sviluppato su tre piani con scale molto ripide, anche questo non indicato sull'annuncio Ingresso nel cortile molto stretto, noi siamo comunque riusciti ad entrarci con una puma ed una qashqai.

Camere confortevoli con aria condizionata. Struttura nuova e pulita ma consiglio di climatizzare tutti gli ambienti perché con 40 gradi e’ invivibile

Good location close to the airport, making for an easy departure on an early flight. Parking space was crucial, as it’s a very busy part of town. A short walk brings you to Castello Ursillo and several vibrant restaurants at Piazza Federico di Svevia.

It’s a two story walk up, with the second bedroom on the third floor, which we weren’t aware of. Entry to the parking area and spot is tight but possible.

The apartment was really clean, and the beds were comfortable. It has perfect amenities. The neighbors were very friendly and offered to help with parking and finding the apartment!

The lack of communication with the owners can be a bit of a throw off because had I not read thoroughly many reviews, I wouldn't have known where to find the apartment itself. I had to contact the owner myself about information prior to our visit, which rarely happens, and most of the times whenever I travel somewhere, owners provide information without being asked to. The location of the apartment does seem a bit unsafe, but we never had any problems. Most importantly, it should be noted that it is absolutely not available to people with mobility issues. There are three staircases that are narrow and steep, something to keep in mind. The other potential problem is that the entrance to the private parking is very narrow, the car we had rented (Seat Ibiza) barely passed through! I could not get my side mirrors to fold the first night, so we parked outside on the street, and we were advised by a neighbor not to leave anything in the car!
