The authenticity of the building sympathically restored without tradition/culture compromised. Host was so informative in relation "things to do" in Tuscany. Even though we eat out, it was perfect having full kitchen and dining area, which made our breakfasts easy to prepare and eat at Testamatta.

Сырой затхлый воздух, низкие потолки, из-за близкого расположения к дороге выспаться вам не удастся. Квартира у меня оставила двоякое ощущение, две ночи у меня была бессонница. В общем если ехать парой или компанией и тусоваться пол ночи то идеально, семейным парам вряд-ли подойдёт. Но опять же это моё субъективное мнение.

Good location, you can walk around the city and visit the main attractions. The apartment is well maintained, comfortable and beds are large.breakfast is ok, good to have something at hand.

The entrance in the apartment is quite abrupt, if you have kids or strollers you have to carry them down. The building is being renovated so expect noise. Even if you book the whole place be mindful of the policy as there is a charge for an extra person..

Met with host, he was so organised and helpful, ran us through how to access property, gorgeous old property, part of old grand residence. Was a bit of a rabbit warren but due to meeting host on site, all easy after the brief.
