Elegant Country House - Tenuta Piredu

Tout : la vue depuis la terrasse est incroyable , la terrasse hyper confortable avec des stores super pratiques et esthétiques . Le logement est spacieux , et très cosy … j’ai adoré pouvoir me doucher à l’extérieur … la literie est de bonne qualité , lave linge et lave vaisselle à disposition . Possibilité d’utiliser un barbecue ce qui rend le séjour bien agréable . Fabio a été au top tout au long de notre séjour , il nous a donné des tuyaux précieux pour profiter de bons plans . Vous pouvez séjourner sans hésiter car c’est vraiment une excellente adresse . Nous en profitons pour remercier les propriétaires pour leur écoute et leur disponibilité .

La casa era fornita con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Fabio è stato molto cortese, attento, chiarissimo in tutte le istruzioni e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il dettaglio di benvenuto: una bottiglia di vino con dei stuzzichini tipici sardi. Meravigliosa la vista dalla terrazza, direttamente sui vigneti, l’ideale per chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno in completo relax e tranquillità! Inoltre la casa è fornita di un giradischi e tantissimi meravigliosi vinili. Sicuramente un soggiorno da consigliare!

Équipements au top, rien à dire sans compter les produits laisser à disposition et en quantité : café, condiments, lessive, sacs poubelles… bref tout et on ne voit pas ça partout. Fabio est très bienveillant et s assure que tout se passe bien. Le Check in est facile et les informations fournies sont très claires.

Je n’avais malheureusement pas vu lors de la réservation qu il s agissait d un studio. Donc pas adapté si parents avec ado car aucune intimité. Une personne avait mentionné un jacuzzi dans son commentaire, mais en réalité, il s’agit d’une douche extérieure. Le studio se situe au rez-de-chaussée d’une maison en cours de rénovation ce qui lorsqu’on arrive surprend et fait qu on se demande ce que l on a réservé pour autant le studio est neuf et très propre.

Hemos estado con nuestro bebé de 9 meses y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Ha sido un acierto total elegir este alojamiento. Todo muy limpio y cuidado, la cocina súper bien equipada, toallas incluso para la playa, sombrillas... No nos faltó nada. Fabio y Eliana son encantadores y estuvieron muy pendientes que que estuviésemos a gusto. Si volvemos a Cerdeña repetiremos sin duda y siempre lo recomendaremos!

If you like a private place, with plenty of nature around, amazing views over the vineyard, yet only 5 minutes by car from Monti, this is the place to be. The apartment is modern with a good seating area, functional kitchen and bathroom, a nice bed (can be stowed away, but we left it open at all times) and a great outdoor space enabling leisurely evenings on the terrace. There were supplies (coffee, tea etc.) on arrival. But what makes this place special are the hosts Fabio and Ely. Fabio is always available to answer any questions and provide help where needed. He provided clear instructions with little movies via WhatsApp, which made the whole process of finding the place and checking in very easy. We left not only having had a relaxing time but also having made two new friends. Monti is a small town, but has an excellent restaurant (Stella) and a great wine bar, as well as a cantina, where you can buy local wines (including the one from the vineyard in front of the apartment).

There is nothing to dislike, but some things to be aware of. The light in the hall to the bathroom and walk in wardrobe works on a sensor so comes on when you visit the bathroom during the night. It is fortunately on for only a very short time (not more than 10 seconds). The light intensity of the spotlights in the living/sleeping area can be increased by holding the light switch.

Beautiful setting in the Sardinian countryside, next to a vineyard. Very secluded and peaceful. Easy to access from Olbia airport by car. The owners Fabio and Ely came to see us soon after we arrived and were very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. There was a wonderful terrace to sit out on (although a bit chilly in April!). Inside was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed listening to the CDs and vinyl records that were left for our use!

I did not expect much when booking this place, but it exceeded my expectations in every way. It is a very quiet area in the middle of vineyards. The views are breathtaking. The apartment had everything one could need and more. It was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was easy. If you are on the fence about booking this place -- just book it now, and you will not regret it.

Perhaps there could be thicker curtains/blinds for morning sunlight, and better ventilation in the bathroom. These minor things were more than outweighed by the positives.
