Fiore in Centro Riva

Perfect location in a nice area of the downtown, close to everything in the city. Kind hospitality, great apartment with elevator to the 3rd floor.

One of the three rooms and part of the bathroom is a bit low-pitched for taller people, but not a big issue at all.

Good location though transporting luggage there was a hassle.

The worst part was the air conditioning… it was severely underpowered. It was nearly 95 degrees during the day and I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room bc that was the only room that was even somewhat tolerable. Even then I woke up sweating. There were also ants in the apartment that returned even after the owner had removed them. There were also some things that were unclean like the sink faucet, pullout couch and the trash can area. Not sure what is going on with it but it smelled awful. I ended up using a grocery bag as my trash bag. Overall though, the apartment was relatively clean. Aside from the apartment, the check in instructions were very unclear and ended up being very stressful. I would not stay here again.

beautiful, clean and lovely apartment! The owner is super, very nice person!!! Covered parking 3 minutes walk ! Our vacation was great ❤️ Only wi-fi does not work.
