"Una ciudad medieval preciosa, una casa fantástica en un entorno privilegiado con un jardín impecable"

La casa es preciosa. Una decoración muy bonita y con mucho gusto. Con habitaciones grandes y un enorme salón. Varias terrazas y una de ellas con acceso a un jardín muy bonito y perfectamente cuidado.

Quizá la cocina podría haber estado equipada con algo más. Echamos en falta una lavadora.

"Una casa grande, que precisa de renovaciones."

La buena ubicación, justo a las afueras de la muralla. El gran tamaño y que tiene tres dormitorios. Que tuviera dos baños completos. La gran información de la ciudad y alrededores proporcionados por el propietario. El parking en la calle era fácil fuera del horario de entradas y salidas del instituto vecino.

Mobiliario y equipamiento (cocina, sobre todo) anticuados. Camas no siempre cómodas, sobre todo las individuales (una, en concreto, con un colchón viejo e incómodo). Ropa de cama anticuada.
