Location in the city centre, Villa Bellini is close to it and there are a lot of cafes nearby where you can have breakfast or dinner. Friendly host who helped with all of my questions and stayed connected with me. Clean and spacious bedroom.

It’s ok if you’re staying with someone, but I don’t recommend it for solo travelers, I felt unsafe because of all the noise from the street (which is a common problem for the city centre) and also I could hear all the people talking in the street or neighbours in their flats like we were at the same room, so I couldn’t sleep well. Bad air conditioning due to the ground floor location, no natural conditioning except of the door. When I switched on the conditioner, the smell from it was so bad that I had to use air freshener. The door in the shower was broken, so it was inconvenient to take a shower as the water was spreading to the floor. No towel hooks and no shelf for cosmetics in the bathroom. Also the kettle was dirty inside.

Clean. Central. Quiet at night. More than enough space for 1 person.

The flat was perfectly clean, spacious with all the equipment you may want (cupboards, dining table, bedside table, hob, hair dryer etc) There were enough towels, toiletries thoughtfully prepared. The internet was quick and reliable. The location of the flat was great and the host was very nice and helpful.

That I had to leave Sicily. 😀
