Location was good, though hard to find as was the car parking. Use of the washing machine was great, though it took close to a day for things to dry and that was leaving them outside on a clothes drying stand! Not an expensive room, but there are alot of choices on Ortigia or look at Siracusa as it isn't a big walk to the island.

The room had a strong musty smell, probably due to no through ventilation and no sunlight into the room. Had to leave bath towels on the clothes drying stand outside to dry. There is no tea towel in the kitchen. TV didn't work, think the remote needs new batteries. Hair dryer - turn on and off by pulling the cord out of the wall - which is causing the electrical power point to come out of the wall. In time, this will be dangerous.

It was beautiful

I liked everything! The beautiful decor, the private terrace, the well stocked kitchen, the fabulous shower. The amazing location!! The bed was super comfortable too.
